Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier inventory.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by product, manufacturer, and shipping destination. Most orders are delivered within 5–14 business days after shipment. Certain custom, oversized, or specialty items may require additional transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product size, weight, and shipping method selected.

Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email when available.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Zen Home Fireplaces is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, weather conditions, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.    

Freight Deliveries

Large items such as fireplaces, fire tables, and outdoor fire features may be shipped via freight carrier. Customers may be contacted to schedule delivery appointments when required.

Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials to assist with any claims process.
