Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Freight Delivery (large items): Delivery times vary by location. Our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Large Item Delivery
Fireplaces and other oversized items are shipped via freight carrier. These deliveries are curbside unless white-glove delivery is selected at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment and inspect it upon arrival.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Please contact us if you have questions about your location.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
